Mahmoud is a full-stack developer with a background in finance, sales, and marketing. After discovering web development during an internship, he fell in love with the creativity and puzzle-solving aspects of the field and completely shifted his path towards freelancing web development.
Having learned the fundamentals, Mahmoud built a few simple projects but eventually sought to take his skills to the next level. General Assembly's Software Engineering Immersive program proved to be the perfect environment for him to challenge himself and grow as a developer. Shortly after graduating, Mahmoud joined the Instructional team at GA, where he enjoys sharing his knowledge and guiding the next generation of developers.
Mahmoud is constantly working on side projects and expanding his abilities. In his spare time, he enjoys writing and recording music and playing video games.
