Mackee Mason has previous experience in school administration at IDEA public schools, and has been a classroom teacher at Austin Achieve since 2013. In August 2015, he will launch the Austin Achieve high school. A former Teach For America corps member, Mackee led two public charter schools to achieve ambitious academic results, including a second place ranking out of 40 comparable Texas schools.
