Lys Maitland is currently the Experience Research Lead with a large health insurance company. She is a seasoned User Experience professional with more than 15 years of experience in UX research and design. In addition to recently building an experience research practice for a large health insurance company, Lys has previously led and conducted many enterprise-level research projects to inform the strategic direction of digital transformation projects for major healthcare and financial companies. Lys is driven by creating solutions that meet the needs of users and while creating value for businesses.
