"Lyn brings with her deep expertise and knowledge in talent acquisition and employer branding. In her current role as the APAC Talent Attraction Lead at LinkedIn, she leads a team focused on employer branding, recruitment marketing and internal hiring. She has also recruited for LinkedIn’s sales and corporate functions. Prior to LinkedIn, Lyn worked in the Singapore Economic Board of Development in roles spanning across business development, policy and HR. Lyn is most engaged when she is constantly learning, whether through courses, books, or speaking with people. Throughout her career, she has used those learning skills to pivot and transform, paving the way for her to move from government to tech.

She is passionate about giving back to the community - she volunteers as a coach through LinkedIn Social Impact and is currently the Asia Lead for Families @ LinkedIn where she advocates for and build a community where parents can thrive at work."
