Lydia is the Education and Training Manager for IPSE – the Association of Independent Professionals and the Self Employed. Lydia works closely with new and experienced freelancers to ensure they are prepared to succeed in their self-employed career. Working with schools and universities across the UK, Lydia helps young people to understand what it means to become self-employed and how to get there. As self-employed professionals have been less likely to engage in training, which is essential for freelancers to stay ahead of the curve, Lydia is also responsible for enabling training opportunities for people who work for themselves.
