With over 14 years of experience in developing, building and optimizing large-scale customer acquisition programs across all online marketing channels to managing large scale P&L’s and managing some of the most amazing teams for some of the most well known internet startups and Brands in the world such as Lowermybills.com, Experian Interactive, HelloMusic.com, Traffic Marketplace, Sony Pictures - Crackle.com and Global Marketing for Atari.

Lucas has been through 3 acquisitions where each company he was involved with was purchased for more than $500 Million. Lucas is also a student mentor and speaker at Peperdine University & UCLA.
