Lizzie is the Lead Tech Recruiter at Enova, leading an incredibly talented team of Recruiters. Prior to joining Enova, she worked at a staffing agency where she realized she had a passion for recruiting engineers. After 7 years in Tech recruiting, and experiencing the lack of gender diversity in tech and recruiting processes, Lizzie quickly realized she needed a way to engage more young women interested in STEM careers, recruit from diverse sources and remove bias in interview processes and job descriptions. She is currently a committee member of Enova's internal Diversity and Inclusion team to help recruit, retain and maintain a diverse workforce at Enova.
