Liz started her career as an agency recruiter filling orders for a giant software company in Redmond. After a year and a half of grinding it out at the agency, she accepted an opportunity at Google to take on a 1 year assignment as a Technical Sourcer. From Google, she was able to secure a position at a company she had her eye on for a while, Zillow. Liz started as a Recruiter at Zillow 3 years ago, supporting all areas of the business, and was given the opportunity to launch and build a University Recruiting program. Now as Zillow’s first ever dedicated resource to University Recruiting, Liz is focused on building a world class internship program, and recruiting top CS students around the country to join.
