Liya is Founder and CEO of The Next Lab, which offers coaching, training and education, mentor programs to entrepreneurs of all ages to build the skills they need to succeed and build great companies. Prior to that Liya was Head of Studio + Creative Director at Idean, a global innovator for digital user experiences across platforms founded in Finland in 1999. In her 12 years of UX experience, she has held design leadership roles in house and as a consultant. She has helped brands such as Phillips, eBay, HP, IBM, AT&T and many startups realize the value of design in their businesses.
