Liu Qiang has over 15 years of working experience in digital technology, including mobile and web app development, digital architecture, and cloud migration. He is a Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect and MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, He is specialized in API management and system integration. In his work at Accenture, he has helped clients of various industries with their digital transformation initiatives, including retail, pharmaceuticals, financial services, customer services, and public services.

Before joining Accenture, Liu Qiang was an expert in the e-learning space, and had worked in local firms and US start-ups. He was also once a game developer, and was among the first generation of mobile app developers in Singapore.
