Lisa is Principal/CEO and Co-Founder of Synecdoche (pronounced si-nek-duh-kee) an award winning design/make architecture studio with offices in Ann Arbor and Detroit. She is also the co-founder of StudioStudio, a venue for creatives and photographers opening this spring in Ann Arbor. Lisa holds a Master of Architecture and Master of Science in Conservation Degrees from Taubman College at the University of Michigan and a Bachelors of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University. Lisa has taught courses at undergraduate and graduate level at University of Detroit Mercy, Lawrence Technological University and the University of Michigan Taubman College and is a licensed architect in the State of Michigan. She currently serves as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Ann Arbor and on the Art in Public Committee for Ann Arbor Art Center.
