Lisa Nicole Bell is a serial entrepreneur and storyteller who has built her own companies as well as advising a mix of tech startups, entertainment conglomerates, and Fortune 100 companies including Lionsgate, Google, Procter & Gamble, and others. During college, she started and grew a successful standardized prep company that she eventually sold. She went on to start a socially conscious media company serving pre-teens and teens throughout the United States and eventually expanding to Liberia, Australia, and the UK. She’s currently building a new project in the beauty tech space.

In addition to her work in tech, Lisa is an established producer and writer. Her most recent feature length documentary, Fair Game, was produced and distributed in Australia. She is now in pre-production on a new series with Academy Award-winning actress Viola Davis. Lisa hosts the podcast, Behind the Brilliance, which goes inside the lives and work of innovative people. The beloved show has been featured in Forbes, Refinery29, Inc, and other outlets.

On stage, Lisa has spoken and performed throughout the U.S. and abroad delivering her signature mix of smart and funny observations and stories. Her appearances include a wide range of events, colleges, shows, and conferences including TEDx, Google, SXSW, USC, UCLA, Techne (Egypt), STRAW (Bahamas), and more. Named a Woman Making a Difference by the Los Angeles Business Journal, Lisa and her work have been seen in dozens of media outlets including Forbes, Fast Company, Inc, Essence, and more. Lisa earned a degree in Business Law from California State University where she graduated with honors. She later continued her studies at UCLA. When she isn’t working, Lisa can be found learning to fly a Cessna 172 aircraft, devouring a book on her latest nerdy interest, or roaming through an art museum.
