In 2006, Lisa started as a Manager at American Express in the UK working in an International team to develop strategies that enhanced online acquisition capabilities across all global markets. After being promoted to a Senior Manager, she joined the Australian team managing a range of online and offline channels to drive acquisition growth. She then joined the American Express product team to launch 4 new test products across Australia and New Zealand.
In October 2014, Lisa took on additional responsibility to lead the Digital Acquisition and Partnership team across Australia and New Zealand. Lisa and her team are passionate about delivering flawless customer centric digital acquisition experiences, using data to help drive strategies.
