Lily Yee
Senior Manager of Product Design, Mattel

Lily is a Senior Manager of Product Design at Mattel and has managed UX/UI teams at Sephora and Bank of America.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Arts from Academy of Art University and began her career as a marketing visual designer in the early 2000's. As UX design emerged as a crucial discipline in the tech industry, she transitioned to an UX designer and then shifted her focus to UX design management. She was central in building and leading UX teams for multiple companies.
Today she leads a product design team at Mattel, focusing on technology for parenting in the nursery space . She is a guest lecturer at General Assembly and in her free time helps mentor designers who are just starting out.
