    Lilibeth is currently servicing public sector and commercial clients to help build cultures of innovation and entrepreneurship, create products and services leveraging distinct solver communities, open data, and cross sector partnerships. Her specialties include challenge design and execution, cross-sector partnership management, business model generation, process transformation, product development & commercialization, showcase events (Hackathons, Demo Days, Pitch Events). Previous to Booz Allen, Lilibeth was a Sr. Multi-Disciplined Software Engineer at Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems supporting guidance systems and avionics projects. She holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from USC and Systems Engineering Certification from UCLA Extension.

    A special interest to Lilibeth is to help scale impact businesses and organizations, specifically those empowering entrepreneurial women. Through a NYU Social Impact Fellowship, she worked with a social enterprise, InVenture, helping micro-entrepreneurs, mostly women, gain access to capital via SMS mobile tool. Lilibeth is also an active Startup Weekend DC organizer and co-organized DC's first ever Women's Edition and Impact Edition. She has participated in SBA's Startup in a Day Challenge as a judge, prototyped an open data tool for the White House Council of Women and Girls, GW Social Venture Biz Plan Mentor, and a GA Product Management Alumni.

    Lilibeth is looking for ways to apply her business consulting and technical product development skills on international projects to support economic development through entrepreneurship in bold new ways. For fun, Lilibeth is a 5 time half marathoner and proud SF marathoner!
