Leah Heck is a culture and communication consultant who works with executives to foster diverse and healthy workplaces. She pulls from her roles as VP of People & Culture at Bumble and Executive Director of Internal Development at T3 to give leaders practical, engaging, and often hard-hitting insight and direction. Leah uses her Myers Briggs practitioner background to guide leaders through difficult conversations and growth moments. She is passionate about building equitable and inclusive practices that bring companies into the future of work.

Leah formed a love/hate relationship with HR during her time in leadership positions at startups and creative technology companies. In fact, it’s the reason she made the leap from her role as Marketing Director a decade ago. Disappointed with good intentions that fell short, she took on the HR Director role at Aspyr Media, where she changed the priority from rules and legalities to employee experience and development.

When not in the workplace, Leah can be found reading with her cats on her downtown balcony, exploring new restaurants with her firefighter husband, or plotting a move to Tulum, Mexico.
