Lauri Saft
Vice President, Watson Ecosystem, IBM
Lauri Saft is the vice president of the IBM Watson Ecosystem program. She develops partnerships with entrepreneurial firms and established companies that will build their applications on cognitive computing. Prior to Watson, Saft was responsible for the transformation of IBM Software Group Sales Enablement, where she launched new social learning platforms and mobile tools. Saft’s IBM career spans several of the company’s initiatives, including the biotech/life sciences business unit, the “net gen" technology startup group and the midmarket channel team. Before joining IBM, Saft worked in private equity, international business development and a corporate best practices research firm. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Emory University.
