Lauren takes joy in making terabytes of data manageable for the user. At IBM Interactive Experience, she’s done just that by helping clinicians better treat their patients, and designed systems to help freight trains stay on schedule. While working on her Master of Product Innovation, she experienced life in the eCommerce land of conversion rates, retention, and search engine optimization. She dealt in the trade of product development and service design to define the customer experience at a portfolio of companies for a private equity firm.
