LaTonya has worked with Fortune 500 companies, higher education entities, technology and consulting firms, and executive leadership teams. Her career has been shaped by roles she has held working with highly admired companies in innovative, newly created, talent management roles. She has built leadership development programs from the ground up. LaTonya’s coaching clients include C-Suite executives, underrepresented groups, flourishing entrepreneurs, ambitious leaders and purpose-driven professionals.

LaTonya leads with a vision, which is that people connect better across differences, and that workplaces become more equitable and psychologically safe. Her vision inspires her to speak on a wealth of leadership, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) and empowerment topics. LaTonya is currently the President of the True Star Youth Foundation board, which is a digital marketing social entrepreneurship company run entirely by youth of color that recently received a Google Impact Award. She is also a board member of the LGBTQ+ Alumni Association at the Indiana University and a Leadership and Teams Instructor at the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois. LaTonya also won a peer-nominated award for most inclusive HR influencers in 2019. She is also a board member with the Leadership Forum Community.
