She is on a mission to close the opportunity gap by providing women with the support and resources required to build the businesses of their dreams in a realistic and sustainable way. She runs an online community and learning platform, and holds events in Brighton and London supporting women in business at every stage of their career.
With a background in advertising and social media, Lara has over ten years experience working with early stage startups to household brands. She is currently working with small businesses, supporting them through various stages of business growth.
Having overcome her own challenges as a new mum and business owner, she is looking forward to talking all things self-worth and knowing your value.
