Along her career journey, she's learned firsthand how to build diverse teams that are inclusive and welcoming of all perspectives. What started as a passion project at Chic Geek has turned into an important work mission to make sure women can have thriving careers in technology. Kylie's goal is to solve the gender diversity problem in technology.
