In 2013, after leaving her 20 digital strategy career she founded Of Kin, a coaching and leadership development business. She is also the author of the book and blog, The Leap Stories, podcast creator of In The Company, and currently undertaking a PhD in behaviour change. She believes life is too short for ironing, in the power of a good nap, and in choosing courage over comfort, always.
