Krystalyn De Mesa is a leader in UX with 15 years’ experience in the digital media, telecommunications and banking and finance industries. Krystalyn has successfully championed and led the user-centred design process for numerous iconic Australian and international brands, including ANZ and Newscorp.
Krystalyn currently leads the Product Design team at Campaign Monitor - an email marketing startup and SaaS product used by 200,000 customers globally.
An experience practitioner is "part sketch artist, part programmer, with a dash of behavioural scientist thrown in." That's why Krystalyn is so deeply passionate about this practice - she believes the best practitioners are creative, push for innovation as technology evolves, and are user obsessed.
