Kristin Secora is the Director of Innovation for Oars + Alps, a direct to consumer grooming company that provides premium, natural skin care for people who lead an active, on-the-go lifestyle.
She has spent most of her career in CPG brand management and marketing. She started her career at General Mills working on brands like Pillsbury and Cheerios as well as working with key retail customers like Target and Wal-Mart. She then went to Polaris Industries as the Director of Sales and Marketing in their Aftermarket Accessories division. While there she lead the rebrand of a well-known hunting brand, Kolpin, and helped stand up a new sales force model. Finally, Kristin ended up at PepsiCo working on Quaker Oats.
Kristin holds an undergraduate degree in Business from the University of St. Thomas and Masters in Business from the University Of Minnesota. The Path To Purchase Institute named her one of the 10 people to watch in Shopper Marketing (2017) and she was awarded an EFFIE in 2017 for her work on the launch of Overnight Oats while at PepsiCo.
Kristin was a competitive swimmer and tennis player in high school. She loves to run marathons, plays tennis, is a certified cycling instructor and loves reading. Her passion for marketing stems from a genuine curiosity of how people make decision and her love for building relationships with others.
