    Kristin Nichols is a certified people and diversity practitioner from Little Rock, AR, now residing in South Florida. She currently serves as the Diversity, Equity and Belonging Program Manager for Ultimate Software and Kronos Incorporated. Along with leading the company’s diversity recruitment programs, she is the co-chair of BUILD (Black Upcoming Individuals in Leadership & Development), the company’s first race-based employee resource group.

    Kristin is a speaker and advocate who conducts diversity training and facilitates learning sessions around mitigating bias in the workplace, helping organizations to build inclusive cultures that foster belonging. Her passions are fueled by believing that everyone deserves access to resources, opportunities and safe spaces to thrive. In 2019, she received the Rising Stars award from the Central Arkansas Human Resources Association. Kristin brings a wealth of knowledge from experiences in various industries, such as education, healthcare, banking and technology. She is destined to create a progressive and positive impact in the future of HR.
