Kristie Weatherford brings more than a decade of experience in software development, UX design and sketching fun to her role as Director of Experience at AOL. Previously, Kristie worked with a diverse range of organizations including CNN, Cartoon Network, the US Supreme Court, major investment banks, and numerous startups. In 2012, she partnered to start the design studio Kmona, specializing in bootstrapped and fast-to-market solutions. In 2013, she and her partners created Werkly.com, a marketplace to empower specialized freelance workers. When not developing, designing, or sketching, Kristie enjoys coaching women in technology and exploring Brooklyn with her Boston Terrier, Bijoux.
