Her 19-year career spans the tech and management consulting industries in both Austin and New York City at places like Trilogy, Booz & Co and Facebook, where she led North American campus recruitment efforts. As a single mom, she understands the challenges of balancing work and home life and has always been an advocate for the importance of diversity in the work place. She serves on the Ronald McDonald House Charities Community Advisory Council and the Austin Chamber of Commerce Talent Council.
