With a natural affinity for logic-based reasoning, Kitty excels in identifying problems, spotting patterns, and structuring content. Her time at Mirum Agency has given her opportunities to meet users, develop her interviewing skills and put research methodologies into practice. Kitty has worked with clients from a diverse range of industries - telecommunication companies, banks, government boards, airlines, hotel groups, and even with a tourist attraction. She currently works on the Group Digital Banking UX team at Standard Chartered Bank.
When she is detached from technology, she’s fuelling up on endorphins at either the yoga studio, swimming pool or gym.
