Kim is the CEO & Founder of Cluster, the first U.S. marketplace matching Industry 4.0 skills to jobs in aviation, aerospace, defense and automotive companies in Southern California.

Cluster recently raised a $2M seed round from Mark Cuban and several edtech CEOs including Dan Rosensweig (Chegg) and Frank Britt (Penn Foster) and relocated to Culver City.

Cluster is Kim's second venture-backed recruitment company. Previously she spent more than a decade in the online degree sector and sold her first online recruitment company to John Wiley & Sons in 2016.
