Kevin Mendel
Co-founder, Ticket Magician
Atlanta
Kevin was born and raised in Atlanta before studying hospitality management at Cornell. He worked on strategy for the global casinos of the Las Vegas Sands Company before returning to Atlanta and founding Dabble Entertainment.
The idea of Dabble Entertainment began in 2007 when Kevin and Hal had Hawks season tickets but couldn’t use all of them. They learned how they could sell their extra tickets, and then began experimenting in ticket buying and selling. They started helping their friends sell tickets. They began Dabble Entertainment in 2012 as a brokerage for buying and selling volumes of tickets.
Their success helped them see how they could extend their resources to every consumer. The team is driven to help anyone who has ever bought a ticket and seen it go to waste. In 2017 the Mendels began mapping out the system to establish The Ticket Magician. So often people buy tickets to a sports season, show or concert, but life happens and they can’t use the valuable tickets they invested in. The Ticket Magician team is here to help.
