    Kerry Young has 20 years of business experience in large-scale enterprise HR and business transformation, organisational effectiveness, program management and strategic change. Kerry has held HR Leadership, Change Director and Program Management roles and worked across multiple industry sectors including banking, airlines, education, insurance, retail, technology and telecommunications throughout Asia Pacific and, is a Certified HR Practitioner in Australia and the United Kingdom.

    Kerry’s passion is coaching and influencing C-Suite Executive Teams and Senior Leaders through ambiguous and challenging cultural change transformations to improve leadership bench strength and core business functions. She has built, led and developed high-performing, cross-functional teams that successfully execute strategic and transactional delivery in Greenfield and Agile environments.

    As a Management Consultant, Kerry provides HR Transformation, Cultural Change and Strategic Advisory Services to C-Suite Teams.

    Kerry is currently leading a multidisciplinary team at the University of Sydney to deliver an Enterprise Curriculum Planning and Management Program, and is also teaching a postgraduate course in the Faculty of Engineering.
