Hi, I'm Keri. I'm a UX Designer who enjoys the thrill of creating structure out of chaos. Currently, I'm designing the Information Architecture and SEO strategy of a small business's Shopify store.
I haven’t always been a UX Designer. As a geologist, I got pretty good at knowing what questions to ask and transforming my observations into insights. I would then integrate those insights with scientific theory to create solutions to complex problems. I’ve also got a keen eye for detail and pattern-recognition. I used those skills to detect millimeter scale flaws within diamonds and then determine their overall quality when I was a diamond grader for the GIA.
When not deep at work on a UX project, I'm baking various fancy breads & pastries or trying to learn to oil paint.
