Kent Raymer is a proven technology leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning software development, data and analytics, product management, and consulting. He has focused the last 10 years to enable companies to be product-driven and better meet their market demands with software. Prior to Meritize, Kent was the Director for Pivotal Labs in both Dallas and Austin. While there, he helped clients transform their software teams, processes, and culture in order to deliver value quickly and iteratively. Kent worked with companies ranging from small startups to the Fortune 100 to build teams who could define, design, and release robust software that achieved meaningful business outcomes and delighted their customers. Prior to that, Kent spent almost 10 years at Heartland as the Executive Director of IT where he led a group spanning agile delivery, portfolio management, product integration, and the development of data analytics and business intelligence solutions. Additionally, he drove the transformation of Heartland’s 450+ person IT team to deliver meaningful value to its customers in an iterative and more efficient way. Kent has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the University of Texas at Dallas.
