Elance-oDesk operates two of the world’s leading platforms for online work (www.elance.com and www.odesk.com), with 8 million freelancers in 180 countries earning US$750 million per year. Kelly is responsible for Elance-oDesk's community presence in Sydney, where she is helping to build a strong, vibrant, and sustainable startup ecosystem. Originally from the San Francisco, Kelly shifted from a career in non profit education to working in Sydney’s Silicon Beach.
