She has had multiple roles designing, facilitating, and leading large-scale cultural transformation, leadership development, change management and people operations strategies to drive employee engagement and retention. Kelly was formerly head of Learning & Development at Zynga and Lucasfilm Singapore. Kelly Holds a BA from Princeton.
