Keith DuFresne is a designer and currently leads the UX team at LivingSocial. He joined LivingSocial in 2008, helping it quickly transform from Facebook developer into a local deals provider, affording him the opportunity to build a design organization from the ground up. He currently oversees interaction and visual design, user research and testing, and content strategy.
Prior to his current role, Keith led design efforts at Sprint and user experience agency EightShapes. He spent much of the past two decades creating ecommerce experiences for clients like Via Spiga, Amtrak, Liz Claiborne, Bank One, and Timberland. Through Keith's career he has worked on both sides of the client discussion instilling in him the petulant need to always ask "why?" as business need far outweighs a business’s desire.
