Katy Kerr Faulder is a product management manager for The Home Depot. She is responsible for leading a team of 10 product managers that build selling and order management software for more than 2,000 stores across the U.S. and Canada. Katy’s focus is on guiding teams to deliver value quickly in an XP, lean, hypothesis-driven environment. This is Katy’s first job in IT.
Katy brings nine years of expertise that spans multiple industries. Before joining The Home Depot in 2015, she was a Management Officer for the U.S. Department of State, specializing in supply chain optimization in southeast Asia and Iraq. Prior to that role, she was a District Manager for ALDI grocery stores. Katy earned bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Spanish from The Ohio State University.
