As the Sr. Recruiting Manager at Poppin, Katie Parker joined the company as the first recruiting hire back in 2013. Throughout her combined 8 years of recruiting and hiring experience, she has built the internal recruiting strategy, team, and accompanying processes which have resulted in hiring top talent through exciting and challenging growth periods. In the last 2 years, Katie has led the headcount growth at Poppin from 20 to 130 employees. Prior to Poppin, she served as a hiring partner to companies through agencies, as well as for hiring managers in the start-up space, all while delivering an exceptional recruiting and candidate experience.
