Katie Lazor is dedicated to strengthening, championing, and advancing Colorado’s food and beverage community. Through her leadership of EatDenver and former role with Boulder County Farmers Markets, Katie has worked with hundreds of organizations—farms, restaurants, nonprofits, schools, corporations, and civic departments—to develop more meaning, sense of community, and excitement within our food system. Since 2016, Katie has served as the Executive Director of EatDenver, a nonprofit independent restaurant network made up of 250 member restaurants and working to support and strengthen Denver’s hospitality community. As part of her role at EatDenver, she directs EatDenver's events including the Eat Colorado Food Show, The Big Eat, Harvest Week, and ED Talks.
