In her time at Tictail, Katie has focused on building Tictail's strategies in organic, paid, and product-driven growth. In the last year, Katie and the Growth team have developed Tictail's discount program, referral program, and honed the merchant acquisition funnel - driving conversion and traffic improvements that helped lead to 300%+ growth in Tictail's top market. Katie holds a Bachelors of Economics and Bachelors of Psychology from Yale University. She finds SQL oddly meditative, and when not at work can be found at the Sixth Street and Ave B Community Garden.
