Since joining in 2013, Katie has helped scale the team at ContextMedia by 150% YoY while managing attrition to less than 10%. Katie leads a team of talent agents in a thoughtful multi-step recruiting process, oversees initiatives to invest in long-term career development and performance management, and counsels employees through life events. ContextMedia has been recognized and awarded for its culture by organizations such as Entrepreneur, Crain'sChicago Business, and Fortune magazine.
Before ContextMedia, Katie worked for the global staffing agency, Adecco Employment Services. She received her MSHR from the Loyola University School of Business. Katie is a Michigan transplant residing in the bustling Lakeview neighborhood. And while now a Chicagoan, she still holds strong to her Michigan roots with unwavering commitment to the Detroit Tigers.
