Katia (Stanford University ‘14) is the founder of Mirra, a science-driven skincare concierge: part brand, part community, part library with the mission to help Gen Z navigate the ever-evolving $14 billion beauty landscape. After releasing a weekly skincare newsletter that grew to 120,000+ subscribers without ad spend, it became clear that there was a bigger opportunity to build a direct-to-consumer brand that resonated with the community values and desires. Subsequently, Mirra raised $2M+ in seed funding from Global Founders Fund earlier this year in order to launch their own product line (now with a waitlist of thousands).
