Kathryn is an independent mobile designer and developer.
Her work has included developing interactive experiences for major brands at a leading NYC digital media agency, and designing third party APIs for a mobile startup.
She has also spoken at conferences across Europe and North America, cowritten a technical book, and taught animation and interactivity extensively.
Today, Kathryn is focused on creating apps that help kids and their caregivers to have the most positive interactions. Her expertise spans from designing the look, feel, and functionality of an app, to writing the code that makes it all tick, and approving it through the app store.
She also hosts the Motherboard podcast to share the stories and strategies of mothers working in tech.
