Kathleen Mezik has been empowering people to seek a higher quality of life since 2013. While working with the UK government, she focused on initiatives around increasing personal performance and employment to lift people out of poverty. She has also worked on projects to raise self-awareness and standards to break the cycle of abuse, improve childhood development, and give people the tools they need to lead a successful life.

Now through her company, Break-Free Coaching, they are focused on taking things to the next level by running workshops and coaching people to put the boundaries into place they need to confidently break free from the activities that steal their energy, so that they can truly enjoy the experience of living. Kathleen didn't always expect to be an entrepreneur. Though her father had run multiple businesses, she planned to work her way up the corporate ladder. It wasn't until she was in senior management that she realised, if she truly wants to make a bigger impact, she would need to set up her own business. With every job comes a ceiling of what you can do. With every business, you decide how high you want to go.
