In 2014, Kate Regan came home from yet another bad online date, drank a bit too much whiskey, and ended up signing up for 14 different dating websites and apps. The next day, she started DatingForScience.com (DFS), a blog chronicling her experience as an online dating power user. She is now the author of Just the Tip, an online dating advice column for Austin-based website The Horn, and a contributor to The Bold Italic (RIP).
