A former communications director and digital strategist, she earned her undergraduate degree in communications from Santa Clara University and an MBA from the University of Denver, supplemented by innovation-focused courses from IDEO, General Assembly and other institutes. A graduate of the MentorCoach Training Program and International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach, Kate is known for integrating her diverse background in art, business, human-centered design and positive-psychology-based coaching into one-of-a-kind programs to help clients unpack and reimagine their present and future for a sparkling new perspective and path forward.
