As someone who jumped off the top of the Fortune 500 marketing/communications career ladder burned out with no plan after recognizing her original vision of "success" didn't actually feel good or successful at all, Kate has first-hand experience of how powerful purposeful, creative reflection and action is.

A former communications director and digital strategist, she earned her undergraduate degree in communications from Santa Clara University and an MBA from the University of Denver, supplemented by innovation-focused courses from IDEO, General Assembly and other institutes. A graduate of the MentorCoach Training Program and International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach, Kate is known for integrating her diverse background in art, business, human-centered design and positive-psychology-based coaching into one-of-a-kind programs to help clients unpack and reimagine their present and future for a sparkling new perspective and path forward.
