    Kate Glantz is the Lyft Marketing Lead for the Mid-Atlantic region. In this role, she spearheads all passenger and driver marketing initiatives and partnerships. In addition to her work at Lyft, Kate is the co-founder and CEO of Heartful.ly, a donation platform for celebrating life's biggest moments. Prior to Heartful.ly, Kate led global health communications campaigns for the State Department and Centers for Disease Control and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Tanzania and Senegal. Kate was named 2016 Entrepreneur of the Year by the D.C. Innovation Awards, a New Power Woman of D.C. Tech by Trending 40, and Top 25 in Tech by Washington Life Magazine. She received her B.A. in Political Science and African Studies from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
