Karen Korellis Reuther is a creative and brand strategy consultant to private equity, venture capital and leading corporations. Her experience includes, 12 years at Nike, owning a design firm in Munich, Germany and at Ziba, a world-class design and innovation firm where she was director of consumer insights and trends. As global creative director at Nike, Karen led the creative vision and implementation of design strategies from product creation to merchandising across footwear, apparel and equipment including, an industry-leading organization and process that leveraged the power and emotion of trend, color and materials. Karen served on the jury of the RedDot Design Awards in 2012, and serves on the Board of Directors of Dunstan Surfwear Ltd. She is currently a partner at Cast Collective and an Adjunct Professor at Wentworth Institute of Technology both in Boston, MA. Karen is also a regular contributor to PantoneView.com. She has a Bachelors in Industrial Design from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN and a Masters in Business Management from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.
