After spending six years in sales at AT&T, Kallie decided to take a chance and began working at an early-stage startup. There she was able to work in many different areas of the business, including Operations, Payroll, HR and Recruiting. Quickly Kallie discovered her passion was in people and connecting them with the right opportunities, and she transitioned into Recruiting full-time.
For the past 18 months Kallie has been at Porch, a local home improvement startup that aims to connect home owners with the best home improvement professionals. At Porch Kallie has hired 100+ people as the business continues to grow at a steady rate.
