Over the past ten years, Justin has explored the role design thinking plays in successful problem solving. Prior to his current attempt to hug the sin out of the insurance industry he'd partnered with teams at Vera Wang, Condé Nast, McKinsey & Company, and The Art Director's Club to bring digital properties to life. Justin has worked with agencies like FOUR32C to wrangle teams of UX researchers, developers, and designers on projects from mini-sites to award-winning iPad apps. In addition to his solid creative direction, Justin brings with him a background in arts & technology, a BFA from Purchase College, and a healthy sense of humor.
